Everyone else: "Just fold a piece of paper and poke a pencil through it. Boom. Wormhole."
This is the perfect illustration of how science communication works in the wild. You can either spend 8 years getting a PhD to understand the Einstein-Rosen bridge equations... or just stab a pencil through paper and call it a day. Both are technically correct, but only one will keep people awake during your TED talk.
