Meanwhile, the smug face on the right represents all of us who've watched a coworker's workstation transform into a makeshift jet engine during compilation. The laws of thermodynamics wait for no engineer—when you're processing millions of polygons, that heat has to go somewhere , and your CPU fans are desperately trying to break the sound barrier in response. Next time your IT department asks why you need that $5000 workstation upgrade, just show them this meme and the burn marks on your desk.

Nuclear energy gets the worst PR campaign in scientific history. Someone calls uranium "magic rocks that boil water" and they're technically correct—that's literally what nuclear power plants do.
