The electrical repulsion would be catastrophic—atoms frantically trying to escape each other like awkward strangers in an elevator. Basically, you'd turn the poor soul into a human lightning rod with enough electrical potential to power a small city. Chemistry's version of "I'm positively going to make you negative about this experience."
