The beautiful trap of formal logic strikes again! While normal folks hear an absurd hypothetical and react with confusion, logicians are smugly nodding because the statement is technically true. Since unicorns don't exist (sorry, fantasy fans), the condition "when all unicorns learn to fly" can never be satisfied. In formal logic, this makes the entire "if-then" statement true by default—what logicians call a "vacuous truth." It's like promising to give everyone a million dollars if the sun turns into chocolate pudding. Technically, I haven't lied!
