Someone needs to explain statistics to this poor guy! He's shocked that 25% of students are in the bottom quartile... but that's literally what a quartile IS! 🤦‍♂️ Quartiles divide data into four equal parts - so by definition, 25% of ANY population will ALWAYS be in the bottom quartile. That's not a crisis, that's just... math working correctly! It's like being horrified that half the population is below average intelligence. That's how averages work! The real education crisis might be politicians who don't understand basic statistics trying to make education policy! 😂
