The doctor's diagnosis of "Your body has run out of magnesium" followed by the patient's "Omg" response is pure elemental wordplay. For the uninitiated: Mg is the chemical symbol for magnesium, so when you're out of it, all you have left is "O" (oxygen) plus "mg" (the expression). The patient inadvertently confirms his own diagnosis with his reaction! And here I thought only sodium and hydrogen jokes got all the reactions...
