When normal people lie awake at night, they worry about relationships. Scientists? We're mentally calculating citrus acidity levels. For the record, lemons have a pH of about 2-3, while limes clock in around 2-2.4. So technically, limes often have a slightly lower pH than lemons. The kind of useless knowledge that keeps you single but might win you a pub quiz someday.
