The immortal jellyfish ( Turritopsis dohrnii ) literally laughs at death by reverting from adult to polyp stage whenever it feels like it. Humans with their fancy labs and CRISPR technology are still trying to figure out how not to die, while this brainless blob of sea goo just casually reverses its life cycle. Evolution really handed out biological cheat codes to the most random creatures.
