Nothing says "impending celestial doom" quite like comparing a meteor to both corgis and baby elephants in the same headline. Next time just tell us it's 500 kilograms and save the trip to the zoo. Though I suppose "corgi-sized meteor weighing as much as a small car" doesn't quite generate the same clicks as adorable puppies and baby pachyderms. Classic space agency move—making potential extinction events sound absolutely precious.
