Volcanoes aren't just fancy lava dispensers—they're pressure release valves for the Earth's molten interior operating at temperatures exceeding 2000°F. That cement would either vaporize instantly or create the world's largest pressure cooker explosion. It's basically proposing to solve a bomb by putting your thumb over the fuse.
